Wall Sawing

Wall Sawing is primarily used for cutting doors, windows, and mechanical openings into concrete and masonry. Other wall sawing applications would be cutting in loading docks and retaining walls, and demolition. The wall saw runs on a track, fastened to the wall, which results in a very true (plumb and square) opening. With the wall saw Northwoods Concrete Cutting has, I can cut up to 24 inches deep from one side.

Northwoods Concrete Cutting also has a hydraulic powered chain saw which I use to cut square corners , when over-cutting would result in a loss of structural integrity, or damage adjacent surfaces. Water is used in the wall sawing process, eliminating dust, and the “slurry” is contained and cleaned up.
